The location was great, on the edge of downtown with easy access to all the main stores and a supermarket. My room at this hotel was new-fashioned and carpeted with great breakfast. The very welcoming and courteous staff provided all the necessary info. I thoroughly enjoyed staying here and would stay here again.

The location was very central, magnificent the close to uptown. The staff were amazingly kind, excellent. Loved our rooms with view.

Extremely comfy bed in the standard queen room, plus a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a mini fridge bar, and a work desk. Particularly good location, a 10-15 minute walk from Argentinian Museum of Toys. Also, near from the lake.

The service was excellent, including a rich breakfast with fresh fruit and different breads and pastries. The staff were well organized and extremely helpful and kept the place spotless. The location was exceptionally nice there, in town.

It was a fairly nice stay for 3 nights. The location in a downtown area was marvellous and there were main stores and a supermarket nearby. I often went to Don Pancho to pick up some food.

The rooms were well-appointed and complete with a balcony and the toiletries, for example. The location turned out to be good, close enough to main shops and restaurants, El Calafate' and city center.

Excellent breakfast, well-appointed rooms, helpful staff, great location near the lake and supermarket, extensive breakfast buffet catering for European tastes.

The insulation between the rooms is really too light. The breakfast is just correct, not more.

The staff was the nicest we met during our trip to Argentina. We enjoyed the fact that we could have a lunch box during our excursions. The restaurant was excellent, we went everynight, the food is delicious and the staff really really nice.

A bit too warm in the room

Functional hotel with well-appointed rooms and particularly nice view of the lake. Central heating, a safe and multi-channel television in the room and the very comfy bed. Very central location, not too far from Avenida Libertador. Positioned in the shopping area, just off blinding lights.

This hotel is a great value for money, offering affordable prices and attention to detail. Its location on the edge of the main area of town in El Calafate is convenient for activities and exploration. The staff provides excellent service, and the basic amenities provided in the rooms ensure a comfortable stay. The beds are very comfortable, and the well-designed bathrooms add to the overall experience. Additionally, the rooms with a view of Lago Argentina are a splendid feature, and the breakfast offers a great choice of delicious options.

All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory, leaving nothing to be desired.

The staff were very friendly and helpful in their suggestions for making the most of our limited time. Service in restaurant was excellent and breakfast (included) was first rate.

Room was too hot for comfortable sleeping, even with outside air at 45 degrees F. No air conditioning. Also, there was considerable noise from adjacent rooms.

The holiday was functional for the ease of access to the glaciers and other tours. Breakfast was served from 6am which is useful for early morning tour stars. The service of packed luch is good.

Decor was not too my taste!

The hotel is well-located on a quiet street in the center of town with easy walking distance to local restaurants. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, providing great service from the moment we arrived. The rooms are spacious and clean with a beautiful view of the lake. The breakfast buffet is delicious with a good selection of options.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.
